I have been formally practicing meditation for a little over 3 years. I first got into meditation to help deal with the everyday stress I was experiencing in my life. After experiencing the first-hand benefits of daily practice and studying great teachers such as Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Ram Dass, I decided to become a meditation instructor.

My hope is to continue sharing the practices and teachings that have been helping people find happiness and contentment for thousands of years.
